If you don’t like the product for any reason and want to return it to us, you should contact our customer service within 30 days of your order date.

  • There is no return/refund on all eProducts!

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging, manuals, instructions, including all shipping boxes, barcodes, labels, batteries, UPC, etc.
  • You can only exchange a product with our other product with same value, you need to pay for the return shipment fee yourself.
  • If you want to return a product and get refund, you need to pay for the return shipment fee and also a 20% restocking fee on the selling price of the product. If you bought the promotional item at discount, you still need to pay the restocking fee of 20% on the actual retail price.

  • Only the product price is refundable. Shipping cost is non refundable and you need to pay for all the shipping charges to exchange or return an item.
  • You agree to pay for the return shipping to us for the product you want to return.
  • If your purchase included a free gift card, a coupon or a free product, it must also be returned unredeemed for the purchase to qualify for a return.

In case the product is defective we ship you a new replacement without any additional cost and you need to arrange the return shipment to us ( we will also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error and defect items) within 30 days of the purchase date. If we are not able to replace the same item due to limitation of stock, we refund the full amount to you. If you received a defective item that is sold by and need to replace it with the same item, please contact our customer service at [email protected] to request a replacement.

These Sales are final and can’t be replaced:

  • Gift cards, prepaid phone cards, underwear, clothes, shoes, jewellery, watches, accessories, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, digital products.
  • To request for a return:
    • Contact us with your order number and the reason for return.
    • Our customer service will contact you with instructions.


It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping fee when returning any product. Once we receive the product and if it is found in resellable condition we will refund you the product cost only. If the condition of item is not resellable, we can’t refund any amount in this case. Before sending any items back please make sure the product, packaging, manuals etc are unused and in its original packing including all the plastic bags, wraps etc.
